Paying your rent and helping you to budget

By signing the tenancy agreement you have entered into a contract with us.  We agree to allow you to live in our property undisturbed and we will keep it in good repair and well maintained.  In return, you agree to pay your rent on time, when it is due. 

 

How much rent do I need to pay?

​The amount of rent you are charged depends on the size of property and where it is.  How much rent you have to pay is shown on the front of your Tenancy Agreement.

How can I pay my rent?

​We ask that you pay your rent by direct debit. We don’t want you to fall behind paying your rent and we can easily set up a direct debit payment for you, which could be weekly or monthly.

Can I get help towards paying my rent?

Your Housing Officer will help you with advice on how to pay your rent. They will check with an online benefit checker to make sure that you are receiving all the benefits that you are entitled to.
