Our homes are important to us and our residents – but it’s the extra little things which can often make the biggest difference to quality of life.
Our Making a Difference community assistance fund is all about giving back to our residents and communities. It could be providing support for a community event, funding some new kit for a junior sports team or calling upon the varied and extensive expertise of our contractors to help improve gardens and outdoor spaces.

Making a Difference Impact Report
Our Making a Difference Impact Report is our annual review of some of the brilliant projects and inspiring stories which take place in our communities with a helping hand from our Making a Difference fund.
The fund is largely made up of contributions from our suppliers and contractors, who make additional contributions to our contracts when they build our homes or provide services to us.
