In North Wales, two of our developments in Flintshire are approaching final stages of construction.

Eight homes are being provided at the former New Inn, Sandycroft (pictured right/below), and nine apartments at Brunswick Road, Buckley. Both are set to handover to residents by Spring 2025.

Two sites are under construction in Conwy. We’re building 54 homes for social rent for those aged over 55 years on Bay View Road, where construction partner Castlemead Group recently started on site.

Work is progressing well at Llys Onnen in Abergele (header image). 43 apartments are being built at the site of a former care home.

In Wrexham, we have four developments on site which will deliver over 100 much-needed affordable homes for rent. We’re building:

• 23 homes at Tir Coed, Gwersyllt

• 34 homes at Llys Wrenbury, Cefn Mawr

• 43 homes at Wynnstay Technology Park in Ruabon

• 12 apartments plus supported living accommodation at Eaton Drive, Wrexham
