Are you satisfied with our services?

In the Autumn of 2023, we carried out our annual resident satisfaction survey to find out your views on a series of topics.

The main survey questions are set by Welsh Government and include questions about your home and community, the services we provide, how we listen, whether you trust us, and about the value for money living in a WWH home provides.

An independent research company asked a random, representative sample, of nearly 1000 residents, from across Wales. It is an opportunity for us to understand what we are doing well and identify areas where we can improve.

As a result, we have begun work to improve engagement with our under 35-year-old residents and look at the value for money of service charges.

We are pleased that the survey results show 81% of our residents are satisfied overall with us as a landlord and 83% trust us.
