We’re currently working on three new housing developments in South Wales. 

In Gileston work is nearing completion on 18 new houses and apartments, which will be ready to welcome new residents in the autumn. 

The small coastal village of Wick, which is sandwiched between Llantwit Major and St Brides Major, has a shortage of affordable homes to rent. 

In June, our contractors P+P Builders started work to bring 17 new homes to a field on the edge of the village. The homes at St Brides Road are close to the beautiful Glamorgan Heritage Coast.  

The development is made up of 2 and 3-bedroom houses, 1-bedroom apartments and a bungalow. 

We hope the homes will be ready to welcome new residents next summer. 

P+P Builders have also started work on a further 17 homes at Rhoose, which overlooks the coast at Heol Y Pentir.
