About this development
We are working with our long-term construction partners Jones Brothers (Henllan) Ltd to develop 50 new homes for social rent at Maesgwynne, Fishguard.
The development is made up of the following

17 x 3 bedroom houses
2 x 4 bedroom houses
4 x 1 bedroom bungalows
8 x 1 bedroom apartments
Work started on site in 2023 and is due for completion in summer 2026.
