About this development
We are working with Castlemead Developments to build 19 new homes in the village of Penrhyncoch near Aberystwyth.
The development is made up of 9 x 2 bedroom houses, 4 x 3 bedroom houses and 6 1 bedroom bungalows.
Work began on site in February 2023 and is due for completion in summer 2024.
